A Shropshire energy expert has praised the expansion of a firm building extremely low energy homes. Claus Best, director at Shrewsbury-based Smart Energy Services, has hailed the new developments of energy-efficient company PYC, which will see a purpose-built factory constructed in Welshpool where houses can be prefabricated off site.
